Daphne is one of the antagonistic BUDs that the PALs compete with during the Outdoor Summer Jubilee. Though her personality is similar to Abigail's, she manages to use that to spy and sabotage the PALs, who are in a horse race against the BUDs. When racing to the finish line, Daphne "accidentally" falls off her horse, though that doesn't stop the Lucky, Pru, or Abigail from reaching the finish line. During the awards ceremony, Abigail thinks that Daphne helped the PALs win, though Daphne denies helping them and pretends not to care.
